UNSW Little Bay

EG and UNSW achieved a development approval for a 17ha site at Little Bay. EG provided strategic advice in the masterplanning of the site and project managed the consultancy team.

Australia's Wonderland

EG was appointed by one of Australia’s largest listed property groups, to rezone a large 58ha theme park in Sydney’s west to industrial land. The rezoning required an extensive and detailed rezoning submission approved by the State government. The site became the current Interchange Park in Erskine Park. 

IKEA Tempe

EG was chosen to provide strategic advice and project manage the rezoning of 10ha in the Marrickville LGA. EG successfully rezoned the site from Industrial to Bulky Goods, freeing Ikea to develop its largest store in the southern hemisphere (Total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 38,000sqm, including 4,000sqm of office space).

Riverstone West Precinct

EG initiated and executed the rezoning and masterplanning of a 235ha site, within the North West Growth Centre, to achieve an industrial and business commercial zoning, with 750,000 sqm of approved industrial/commercial zoned land.

Twin Creeks

EG was appointed to advise and assist the client in masterplanning and rezoning a 326ha site within the Penrith LGA. The rural zoned site resulted in 285 lots.
